Shipment processing times

Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate email notification when your order has been shipped. Please be aware of potential delays resulting from high order volumes or postal service issues, which are beyond our control.

Domestic (USA) Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • For shipping rates based on your order's weight and size, these fees will be displayed and calculated during checkout. A flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 is available for the USA and Canada, with FREE Shipping offered on orders exceeding $59.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to all countries worldwide. Shipping rates are as follows:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $99 or more. Delivery times may vary between 4 to 21 days.
  • There are a few products (less than $10) that may be delivered in up to 60 days to avoid high shipping costs. Sometimes, without a tracking number rest assured that the products will reach you in perfect condition.
  • Although we stated that we provide FREE SHIPPING for orders above $59, Made in Europe products will be shipped only via FedEx or DHL that costs from $9-$34 per kilogram, $19-$110 per 5 kilogram based on your location, and rates are calculated at checkout. 
  • Please note that orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (some countries' customs taxes are being collected upon checkout but are NOT APPLICABLE in some countries), and VAT upon arrival in your country. "Xecru" is not responsible for these additional charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order Changes

  • Changes can only be made to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping approximately within 12 hours after placing your order. To modify your order, submit a request through our "Contact Us" form or send an email to

Order Status

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped. Please wait 48 hours for the tracking information to become visible. If you've not received your order within 12 days for premium products, please contact us at, providing your name and order number.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
